Refund Policy

1. Clinical Services

 

At Legacy Studio, all clinical treatments—including Neuromodulator injections, Dermal Fillers, and Skin Rejuvenation procedures—are final sale. Fees paid are for the professional’s clinical expertise, time, and medical supplies used.

  • Outcome Disclaimer: While we strive for aesthetic excellence, individual results vary based on anatomy and medical history. Legacy Studio does not provide refunds for services rendered based on aesthetic preference or "change of mind."

  • Clinical Adjustments: If you experience an objective asymmetry or clinical concern, please contact the studio within 14 days for a follow-up assessment and potential clinical adjustment.

2. Booking Deposits

 

To maintain our standard of care and respect our practitioners' time, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all appointments.

  • Assessment Fee: This deposit covers your initial clinical consultation and assessment.

  • Forfeiture: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. The Legacy Club Memberships

  • Aesthetic Equity: Monthly fees for the "Bank Your Beauty" tier are non-refundable and are credited to your account as clinical store credit. These credits do not expire while your membership remains active.

  • Outcome-Based Tiers: Treatments included in the "Maintenance Tier" (e.g., 50 units every 4 months) are provided as part of a recurring care plan. Unused units do not roll over and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash value.

  • Cancellation: Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Any remaining banked credits must be used toward services or products prior to the account closure date.

4. Medical-Grade Products

 

Due to the clinical nature and integrity requirements of medical-grade skincare, all product sales are final sale.

  • Allergic Reactions: In the event of a verified allergic reaction within 72 hours of purchase, please contact the studio for a clinical skin assessment and potential product exchange or credit.

5. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

 

This policy is designed to align with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. By booking a service or purchasing a membership at Legacy Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
